Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical troubleshooting and customer support for our clients via phone and email.
- Manage and resolve a high volume of incoming tickets within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with the on-site support team to ensure seamless knowledge sharing.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Identify recurring technical issues and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Must be available to work full weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with availability to cover holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems under pressure.
