Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive and professional interaction with every client.
- Document customer feedback and report recurring technical issues to the QA team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve weekend operational workflows.
- Assist in training new hires on weekend procedures and system protocols.
- Ensure all customer data is entered accurately into our CRM systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on a recurring basis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems independently.
