Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional, positive attitude.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and in-person with efficiency and empathy.
- Process transactions accurately and resolve billing or product issues on the spot.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace that meets company standards.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless operations during peak weekend hours.
- Upsell products or services to meet individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliable transportation to the Oklahoma City location.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
