Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume support tickets efficiently via our Zendesk and Slack platforms to ensure 100% customer satisfaction scores.
- Resolve complex technical issues and product inquiries with patience, accuracy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies to the technical lead immediately.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Adhere to strict SLAs to ensure a seamless experience for our high-value clientele.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical helpdesk is a significant plus.
- Proficient in using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed shift schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
