Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, resolving inquiries with efficiency and empathy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through software solutions.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets in the CRM system.
- Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Weekend Shift).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
