Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend support team of 5-7 technicians
- Oversee network infrastructure maintenance and security protocols
- Resolve complex technical escalations within SLA requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional weekend projects with offshore teams
- Implement incident response procedures during weekend operations
- Conduct weekend system health checks and performance tuning
- Prepare shift handover reports and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT operations or technical leadership roles
- CCNA/CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proven weekend shift management experience
- Advanced knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication for documentation
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6AM-6PM)
