Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high satisfaction score (CSAT).
- Document all interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our CRM ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to escalate unresolved issues and ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements to the support management team.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associateβs degree or technical certification is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM β 2:00 AM or 7:00 PM β 3:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
