Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and email.
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory accounts and permissions during off-hours.
- Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and security updates.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to resolve complex escalations.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace and adhere to IT security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and VPNs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
