Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming helpdesk tickets with a focus on rapid and accurate solutions.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups during off-peak hours.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the core team to ensure seamless IT operations over the weekend.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a strong plus.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday every week.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
