Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and ticketing systems.
- Manage and resolve IT help desk tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Perform routine system maintenance and security updates during off-peak hours.
- Onboard new employees and conduct training sessions on internal tools and software.
- Collaborate with the team to improve IT workflows and user experience.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or Bachelor’s in IT preferred.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical experience is required.
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to start immediately is highly preferred.
