Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming customer orders and inquiries with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records for weekend operations.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and inventory accuracy.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all outgoing communications and data.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist in resolving escalated issues for customers during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (rotating shifts).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
