Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process incoming orders, manage inventory, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely to move and organize stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and efficiency targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and verifying shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville facility.
- Must be available for full-time shifts (Day/Night shifts available).
