Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Resolve complex customer issues by collaborating with internal teams.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all company safety and quality protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
