Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming customer inquiries and orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any shipping discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and sales data within the weekend shift framework.
- Provide exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders during peak weekend periods.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist in training new team members on weekend operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation is required.
