Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical server systems during weekend shifts
- Resolve Tier 1 technical issues via ticketing system and remote support
- Execute scheduled system backups and security protocol checks
- Coordinate with on-call engineers for escalated support needs
- Document incident reports and operational metrics
- Deploy software updates and patches during maintenance windows
- Provide exceptional customer support to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT operations or helpdesk support
- Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network and hardware issues
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
