- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday operations team to troubleshoot escalated issues.
- Identify potential process improvements and share feedback with management.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer support, helpdesk, or technical support roles.
- Ability to troubleshoot common software and hardware issues.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
