Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and provide step-by-step troubleshooting guidance
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems with detailed notes

- Maintain customer satisfaction scores above 95% through empathetic communication

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer support experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
