- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and product concerns using CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex problems efficiently
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce
- Identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Participate in weekly performance improvement workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and Microsoft Office expertise
- Exceptional active listening and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
