Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and hire qualified technical candidates across multiple engineering disciplines
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Conduct technical interviews and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders
- Optimize recruitment processes using ATS systems and data analytics
- Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Silicon Valley tech sector
- Proven track record of closing senior engineering roles
- Deep understanding of technical skills (Python, AWS, Kubernetes, ML)
- Expertise in Boolean search and passive candidate sourcing
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven recruitment approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
