Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across engineering, data science, and cybersecurity domains
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines for urgent client needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations
- Optimize recruitment strategies using data-driven insights and market trends
- Build relationships with passive candidates through targeted outreach and networking
- Ensure compliance with EEO regulations and company hiring policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of closing hard-to-fill engineering roles
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong understanding of technical skills (Python, Java, cloud technologies, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple urgent hiring campaigns simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
