Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified technical candidates across Louisville and surrounding regions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including outreach, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidates and pipeline progress
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards
- Conduct technical phone screens and coordinate in-person interviews
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation packages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on IT/software roles
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment for technical positions
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong understanding of technical skills (coding languages, cloud platforms, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority hiring requisitions simultaneously
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, CSP) preferred
- Local Louisville/KY residency strongly preferred for in-person collaboration
