In this role, you will drive our recruitment strategy, source top-tier talent, and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking to identify and engage passive candidates in the tech industry.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone and technical interviews to assess hard and soft skills, cultural fit, and technical knowledge.
- Process Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering managers to define hiring needs, create compelling job descriptions, and set aggressive timelines.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) regularly, and provide weekly status reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to understand technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) and evaluate technical portfolios.
- Tools: Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring leaders.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia.
