Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and place top-tier software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies leveraging LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable talent insights and competitive intelligence
- Maintain accurate candidate pipeline data in Greenhouse ATS
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in tech placements
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent across Python, Java, and cloud technologies
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and CRM tools
- Strong technical acumen to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience with employer branding and talent pipeline development
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
