Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates specifically for critical weekend coverage needs.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews during weekend hours to keep pipelines moving.
- Manage candidate pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure timely follow-up and accurate data entry.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build robust interview schedules.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience feedback and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently during weekend shifts.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical roles (Java, Python, Cloud, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using recruiting tools and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
