Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for engineering roles using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche platforms
- Partner with department heads to define staffing requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes for efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates through personalized outreach
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven success in closing engineering roles
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, cloud technologies, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring cycles while maintaining candidate experience
- Proven track record of building diverse talent pipelines
- ATS certification or SHRM-SCP preferred
