Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified technical candidates for urgent client needs in Silicon Valley
- Conduct in-depth phone and video interviews with software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidates and maintain accurate pipelines
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 tech companies
- Analyze market trends to develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Collaborate with a global recruitment team to ensure 24/7 candidate coverage
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven track record in Silicon Valley
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech communities
- Strong understanding of technical roles (software development, cloud computing, AI/ML)
- Advanced proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven night shift environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field
- Experience with international recruitment compliance and visa processing
