Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models to predict market trends and optimize financial products
- Analyze massive datasets using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) to uncover actionable insights
- Lead cross-functional projects with engineering, product, and executive teams
- Develop real-time data pipelines and dashboard solutions for stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices in model validation
- Present findings to executive leadership with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science with financial services or fintech background
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), SQL, and statistical modeling
- Proven track record deploying ML models at scale (AWS Sage/GCP Vertex)
- Strong experience with A/B testing frameworks and causal inference
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent communication skills translating complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
