Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the CRM system to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex tickets and improve our product offerings.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when handling high-volume customer interactions during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with the flexibility to cover occasional holidays.
