Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to high-volume customer inquiries via Zendesk and live chat channels.
- Resolve technical and billing issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer tone.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex product bugs.
- Assist in onboarding new remote team members.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to update project status.
- Ensure 100% adherence to company service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
