Responsibilities
- Handle 30-50 customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and digital channels
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with efficiency and empathy
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet daily performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, CSAT)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-volume settings
