Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
