Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing issues and process refunds with accuracy
- Update CRM records while maintaining 95% data integrity
- Collaborate with senior agents on complex case escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in weekly performance improvement sessions
- Adhere to strict HIPAA and PCI compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong typing speed (45+ WPM) with attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for occasional off-site tasks
