Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Manage team of 8-12 warehouse associates, scheduling and training
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Optimize inventory management systems and troubleshoot logistical issues
- Coordinate cross-functional departments for seamless operations
- Prepare daily performance reports and operational metrics
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- Proven leadership skills in night shift operations
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP preferred)
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
