Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure efficient inventory control, order fulfillment, and dock operations during overnight hours
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain productivity KPIs
- Conduct shift briefings and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership in 24/7 operations or night shift environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Spanish bilingual a significant plus for Miami market
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
