Your Responsibilities
- Manage and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with third-party carriers and logistics partners.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to update shipment statuses and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve delivery issues.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Your Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
