Responsibilities
- Manage Inventory: Monitor stock levels, process incoming shipments, and prepare outbound orders with precision.
- Operational Efficiency: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory accurately during peak weekend hours.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the night shift team to ensure a seamless handover and continuous workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Tools: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Documents: Valid US ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
