- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the warehouse team.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and address carrier delays proactively.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation and records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Utilize ERP systems to track shipment status and costs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
