Responsibilities
- Operate WMS Software: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems to accurately track inventory and process orders efficiently during the night shift.
- Picking and Packing: Execute precise picking, packing, and labeling of merchandise to ensure accurate shipment delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels to prevent discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high-quality standards.
- Safe Handling: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with the night team.
- Documentation: Ability to read and understand shipping labels and work orders.
