Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through LinkedIn, niche job boards, and professional networking.
- Conducting comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for current and future high-priority roles.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements and job specifications.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and optimize key metrics.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or a related Human Resources field.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical terminologies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
