Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation for software engineering, data science, and IT infrastructure roles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture fit
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate progress and ensure compliance with recruitment metrics
- Conduct technical phone screens and coordinate interview logistics with stakeholders
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights on compensation benchmarks and talent availability
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven track record in hiring software developers, data engineers, or cybersecurity professionals
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques for technical talent
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and recruitment analytics
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, programming languages, and IT infrastructure
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical requirements to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles with multiple concurrent requisitions
