Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies to find passive candidates.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates to achieve hiring targets.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future open positions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and market positioning.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruiting or staffing is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of requisitions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Kansas City area.
