Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Manage high volumes of incoming applications and conduct targeted outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with hiring managers and candidates.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sourcing strategies and branding initiatives.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring a positive impression of our brand.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources (strong recent graduates welcome).
- Proven experience with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a night shift environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Java, Python, SQL, etc.).
- Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
