Responsibilities
- Source and attract top-tier technical talent across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from screening to offer negotiation for engineering and data science roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build interview processes
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and reporting
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in cloud and AI technologies
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics with stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in placing software engineers and data scientists
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and recruitment analytics
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Python, AWS, ML frameworks)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
