Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and account status.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims accurately.
- Update customer information and order details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve delivery discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required.
