Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates within 48-hour SLAs
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive talent using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize interview processes
- Manage applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) data integrity and compliance documentation
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive insights on compensation packages and talent availability
- Coordinate logistics for virtual/in-person interviews and ensure seamless candidate experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in Houston tech market
- Expertise in sourcing for software engineers (Java, Python, Cloud) and data professionals (ML, Data Engineering)
- Mastery of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM tools
- Strong understanding of technical assessments and whiteboard interview processes
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent HR certification preferred
- Ability to manage high-volume urgent hiring campaigns with exceptional organizational skills
