Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Optimize recruitment processes using ATS systems and data-driven recruitment metrics
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven success in sourcing passive candidates for competitive tech positions
- Strong understanding of technical skills and methodologies (Agile, CI/CD, cloud technologies)
- Expertise in using ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent searches
- Familiarity with Boston's tech ecosystem and talent market trends
