Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and urgency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and service requests.
- Collaborate with the internal team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Perform general administrative duties as required to support the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or administrative support is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and tone.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
