Responsibilities

- Process returns, exchanges, and service requests efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for urgent hires.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 35 WPM).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
