Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze nightly data streams to identify trends and anomalies.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on database systems during off-peak hours.
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by internal teams and resolve them efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to document findings and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure all security protocols and compliance standards are met during shift operations.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on incoming data to prevent errors.
- Assist in the optimization of internal software tools for better night-shift workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis, SQL, or technical support.
- Must be available to work the night shift (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access) and basic scripting languages.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (optional, for onsite tasks).
