Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise-level software and hardware issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets with urgency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the onsite engineering team to resolve complex escalations.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
